This smoothie pairs sweet mango with bright strawberries, while banana and Greek yogurt make it thick and creamy. Coconut water keeps it light and refreshing. It is an easy breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up, especially on warm days.

Strawberry Mango Smoothie with Greek Yogurt and Coconut Water

Preparation Steps

1Step 1

Rinse and hull the strawberries and cut any large ones in half. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.

2Step 2

Pour the coconut water into the blender first, then add the yogurt, strawberries, mango and banana. Putting the liquid in first helps the blades move freely.

3Step 3

Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds, until completely smooth.

4Step 4

Taste and add the honey if you want it sweeter. If you used fresh mango and want it colder and thicker, add a handful of ice and blend again.

5Step 5

Pour into glasses and serve right away.

Tips & Variations

  • Using frozen mango gives a thick, frosty smoothie without needing ice that waters it down.
  • Swap the Greek yogurt for a dairy-free yogurt, or use orange juice instead of coconut water for a tangier drink.
  • Smoothies are best fresh. If needed, keep it covered in the fridge for up to 24 hours and shake or stir before drinking.
