Cranberry Pineapple Fizz Mocktail
This mocktail mixes tart cranberry with sweet pineapple and a splash of ginger ale for sparkle. It takes five minutes, looks festive in the glass and suits holiday parties, brunches or any day you want something cold and fruity without alcohol.

Preparation Steps
Chill the juices and ginger ale well before you start so the drink stays cold and bubbly.
Stir the cranberry juice and pineapple juice together in a small pitcher.
Fill two glasses with ice and divide the juice mixture between them.
Top each glass with the ginger ale or club soda and stir once, gently, so you don't knock out the bubbles.
Garnish with a few cranberries, a pineapple chunk and a sprig of mint, and serve right away.
Tips & Variations
- Add the fizzy element at the last moment; mixing it in too early makes the drink go flat.
- Use sparkling water and a squeeze of lime for a less sweet version, or orange juice in place of pineapple.
- The juice mixture (without the soda) can be stirred together and kept covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
