This frappe blends four fruits with milk, vanilla yogurt and ice into a thick, frosty drink. Whipped cream and fresh fruit on top make it feel like a treat, while it still takes only a few minutes. Serve it for brunch or as a cool afternoon refresher.

Strawberry Blueberry Apple Kiwi Frappe

Preparation Steps

1Step 1

Add the milk, yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, apple, kiwi, honey and vanilla to a blender.

2Step 2

Add the ice cubes and blend on high for about 1 minute, until thick, frosty and smooth.

3Step 3

Taste and add a little more honey if needed, then pulse briefly to mix it in.

4Step 4

Pour the frappe into two tall chilled glasses.

5Step 5

Top each with a swirl of whipped cream, a few slices of kiwi and some berries, and drizzle with fruit syrup if you like. Serve immediately with a straw.

Tips & Variations

  • Chill your glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes beforehand so the frappe stays frosty longer.
  • Use frozen fruit and fewer ice cubes for a creamier texture, or skip the whipped cream for a lighter drink.
  • A frappe is best enjoyed right after blending; it separates and melts if kept, so make only what you need.
