Creamy Fruit Salad with Honey Vanilla Yogurt Dressing
This colorful fruit salad is coated in a light yogurt dressing flavored with honey, vanilla and orange zest. It comes together in minutes and suits brunches, picnics, potlucks or a simple dessert.

Preparation Steps
Rinse and dry the berries and grapes. Cut the pineapple into bite-size chunks and slice the strawberries.
Whisk the yogurt, honey, vanilla and orange zest together in a small bowl until smooth.
Put the pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and grapes into a large bowl. Slice the bananas last and add them so they do not brown.
Pour the dressing over the fruit and fold gently with a large spoon until everything is lightly coated.
Serve right away, or chill for up to 1 hour for a colder, creamier salad.
Tips & Variations
- Drain the pineapple well, especially if using canned, so the dressing stays thick.
- Greek yogurt with a little extra honey makes a richer dressing; kiwi, mango or mandarin segments are good additions.
- Leftovers keep covered in the fridge for up to 1 day, though the bananas will soften and darken.
